<span>around</span> <span>my</span> <span>birthday.</span><br><span>It</span> <span>feels</span> <span>more</span> <span>personal.</span> <span>More</span> <span>meaningful.</span> <span>More</span> <span>natural.</span><br><span>Less</span> <span>about</span> <span>pressure.</span><br><span>More</span> <span>about</span> <span>alignment.</span><br><span>Less</span> <span>about</span> <span>becoming</span> <span>someone</span> <span>else.</span><br><span>More</span> <span>about</span> <span>returning</span> <span>to</span> <span>yourself.</span><br><span>And</span> <span>maybe</span> <span>that</span> <span>is</span> <span>where</span> <span>you</span> <span>are</span> <span>too.</span><br><span>If</span> <span>you</span> <span>have</span> <span>been</span> <span>feeling</span> <span>emotionally</span> <span>drained,</span> <span>overstretched,</span> <span>or</span> <span>like</span> <span>everyone</span> <span>else&rsquo;s</span> <span>needs</span> <span>have</span> <span>taken</span> <span>priority</span> <span>over</span> <span>your</span> <span>own,</span> <span>this</span> <span>space</span> <span>was</span> <span>made</span> <span>for</span> <span>you.</span><br><span>When &ldquo;</span><span>Fine&rdquo;</span> <span>Is</span> <span>Covering</span> <span>Up</span> <span>a</span> <span>Lot</span><span>So</span> <span>many</span> <span>moms</span> <span>keep</span> <span>moving</span> <span>even</span> <span>when</span> <span>they</span> <span>are</span> <span>running</span> <span>on</span> <span>empty.</span><br><span>You</span> <span>take</span> <span>care</span> <span>of</span> <span>the</span> <span>house.</span><br><span>You</span> <span>manage</span> <span>the</span> <span>space</span> <span>for</span> <span>everyone</span> <span>else.</span><br><span>And</span> <span>somewhere</span> <span>in</span> <span>the</span> <span>middle</span> <span>of</span> <span>all</span> <span>of</span> <span>that,</span> <span>your</span> <span>own</span> <span>inner</span> <span>world</span> <span>gets</span> <span>overlooked.</span><br><span>What</span> <span>looks</span> <span>like &ldquo;</span><span>I&rsquo;m</span> <span>just</span> <span>tired&rdquo;</span> <span>can</span> <span>actually</span> <span>be</span> <span>stress,</span>
