Sometimes all you can do is just "flow" with it. I'm starting to really feel the effects of my leisure summer. Sounds crazy, right?!? Well, in most respects, a leisure summer is a wonderful thing, but in my case, this "leisure" summer has led to not enough physical activities. Lots of focusing on the kids & little focusing on my own needs.
I am beyond grateful for my yoga practice for the fact that it allows me to sneak in a little mind, body, spirit practice before the kids even wake up! But, I need more!
Back to school is when I need to really get the heart pumping again. Done with drinks on the deck. Done with simplify my yoga sequences in order to squeeze them into a small square of time. Done with all-day entertaining of the kids. It is a time to realign & reinvest in myself. Fall Fresh Start...here I come!
