Have a PLAN. Plan to CONNECT with others.
Suzanne introduced bunny breath. Inhale 4-6 quick breaths through the nose. Exhale through the mouth with a long, smooth sigh. The quick intake of oxygen can help with focus. Although geared towards the kids, this breathing technique has helped her from having mommy meltdowns.
