How can we deal with sadness:
-Use pranayama, yogic breathing techniques
-Practice yoga, focus in on the heart chakra using poses such as camel, cobra, fish, wild thing, bow, wheel, etc...
-DoYouYoga.com article Four Heart Opening Yoga Poses and How Yoga Can Heal Your Heart by Charity Poole.
-Cardio exercise too. MY "hot" Yoga.
-Connect with others, write/tell your story
-Do not avoid how you are FEELING.
