In this episode, Suzanne concludes the simple yoga sequence that has been layered upon for the last few weeks.
It started with a guided meditation and breath work, followed by a seated sequence, then a hands and knees sequence, a standing sequence, and finally savasana this week.
Suzanne also drops hints about rebranding the podcast. A new name will be revealed in January. It will still have similar content, just a little more formatted and concise!
