Back in November, I started a PODCAST. Yay! It has been so much fun to map out ideas based around using YOGA & MINDFULNESS in every day life. I have shared my own experiences with using these tool as I navigate the fast-paced world of raising a family. Along with yoga & mindfulness, I focus on three main categories, HOME, HEALTH & HAPPINESS.
