Feelings Fitness: Find a Good Book

"What on earth could be more luxurious than a sofa, a book, & a cup of coffee?" Anthony Trollope.  This quote makes me happy.  I couldn't agree more!  There is something so soothing about a cozy couch corner, a comforting book & a cup of joe.

My book of choice these days is Nothing Special Living Zen by Joko Beck.  After reading Everyday Zen by Beck & finding so many great quotes that I still live by, I figured I needed to find out what else she had to say.  So far, so good!

A latte created right in my own coffee corner, a book learning about Zen living, & the coziest couch corner around, and I'm in heaven. This really is a luxury these day. Indulging in this set up doesn't happen all too often, but knowing that it is an option when I'm feeling overwhelmed, or if life seems to be getting too fast-paced, is so reassuring!
