The morning of this picture it rained. We didn't let it stop us! We had breakfast with some of the Disney characters, then the sun came out & off to Epcot we went. It was Mother Nature's reminder to keep calm &  always be "flexible."

Not only do I love yoga, I also love to travel. If you've been following along with me throughout the last few years, you know that I like to toss up a "tree" everywhere I go. From coast to coast, from this country to that country, it is always fun do a little yoga along the way. 

Yoga has always been the underlying inspiration for Feelings Fitness, but you may have noticed some recent updates to the page...in the coming months I will be adding some clarity to the overall purpose of this page. It is more than just yoga, it's a way of life. It's a way of being "flexible" mind, body & spirit!
