November...No stopping you!

 Warrior on my friends. There is "no stopping you." When one door closes, you pour your heart & soul into what is behind door number two. I'll be completely honest, when it comes to career paths, I have floundered to say the least. I have tried this & that & yep, the other thing too. But, you know what, I don't regret any of it, because it has led me to where I am today. I am delighted to be able to use what I learned in this, that & the other thing to now really dive into & develop Feelings Fitness(yoga) & share it with the world.

It is amazing how when you set out to seek  inspiration you find it everywhere. With the closing of my Color by Amber small jewelry business, I was able to take time to really reflect on the inspiration that it brought into my life. Beautiful jewelry, created by an amazing stylist, using materials that empower women across the globe, all the while having a "zero to the landfill" business standard. I walk away from that experience with a wealth of worldly gains. The inspirational people, places & things of Color by Amber have inspired me to forge forward with my own creative endeavor. Feelings Fitness(yoga) has been a work in progress for many years, I just didn't have a real clear vision on it or the confidence to share it with the world for quite some time. I am pleased to say, that with the experiences that I've had throughout the last few years, I am willing & ready to bring my new found vision into fruition(with the reality that it still is, very much, a work in progress)!

Last month I highlighted this book, but I had only just begun reading it. I am now finished & can honestly say it is now one of my favorite books. It has really inspired me to stop making excuses & to take time to get really clear on what exactly it is I want. I am in the process of writing my own manifesto & plan on creating a vision board as well. If you can't find time to sit down & read, consider the audio version, apparently the author is the voiceover, so you can really hear her witty personality.

In my home yoga studio, I am incorporating essential oils. My diffuser blend right now is Stress Away & Lavender.
